TESP seeks views on apprenticeships and work placements

The Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP) is working with industry partners on a campaign across England to tackle skills challenges in the electrical industry, by supporting employers to offer more apprenticeships and work placement opportunities.

The organisation is looking for views on whether you have recruited apprentices or offered work placements in the past, what benefits and barriers you have encountered, and if you would consider it for the future.

Even if you’ve not recruited apprentices or offered placements before, TESP still wants to hear from you. The survey will take around four minutes to complete and your input will help shape TESP’s future campaign.

The deadline for responses is Friday 5 April. Take part here.
