Lighting seminars and hands-on experience on offer at Tamlite open house event

The ‘Tamlite Experience’, an open house event, which is being held on 20th–21st May 2014 (9am – 6pm), provides an opportunity to attend lighting seminars and workshops; take a tour of Tamlite’s manufacturing facilities; and visit six ‘experience centres’ lit with Tamlite’s products.

The CPD accredited seminar programme, which will run on both days of the open house, covers topics such as LEDs, Building Regulations, alarm installations and lighting controls. The line-up includes speakers from Philips, Ex-Or Controls, Firescan Alarms and the Tamlite Technical team. There are even more chances for attendees to brush up on their knowledge with Tamlite’s highly informative lighting design workshops.

A visit to the open house will also involve the chance to tour Tamlite’s Redditch base, where extensive product design, development and manufacturing take place. Plus, Tamlite will be offering entrance to its ‘experience centres’, featuring products from its six most exciting product ranges:

·        XLP – outdoor weatherproof luminaires for extreme locations
·        MLX – modular lighting systems for office, retail and commercial applications
·        Hilux – energy-efficient industrial and commercial high-bay products
·        Starlie – accent and display lighting
·        Amex – Amenity and Emergency lighting solutions
·        Eden – decorative outdoor lighting for both domestic and commercial applications

With lunch and refreshments provided, a free goody bag for all attendees, plus a prize draw to win an iPad, the ‘Tamlite Experience’ is set to be a lively, knowledge packed event.
