The scheme gives you two ways to be rewarded, the chance to win prizes when you purchase qualifying products, and the opportunity to earn rewards for completed and connected installations.
It includes two incentives: Connect: Buy & Win and Connect: Install & Earn.
Connect: Buy & Win
Simply purchase a Sync Energy domestic charger, upload your receipt to the promotion landing page, and play the online slot machine game for the chance to win instant prizes.
Rewards include Sync Energy and Kewtech products, plus retail vouchers for brands such as Amazon, Marks & Spencer, and Greggs.
Every qualifying purchase also earns you one entry into the grand prize draw to win a VIP EV race weekend in Monaco.
If you have more than one qualifying product on the same invoice, you can submit the invoice again for each eligible product.
Connect: Install & Earn
This initiative rewards you with £50 for every two verified domestic EV charger installations completed and connected through the Sync Energy App.
To qualify, each charger must be fully commissioned in the app, set up in installer mode, and handed over to the homeowner, with the end user completing their first charge. This helps make sure every installation is connected, operational, and ready for the customer to use from day one.
The more qualifying installations you complete, the more you can earn. Existing Sync Energy installers are automatically enrolled, with rewards available as digital vouchers across more than 500 retailers.
Higher earners can also claim cashback via invoice, subject to minimum thresholds and supplier setup requirements.
The promotions run until 30 November with payouts taking place in September and December 2026.
