Lighting manufacturer NVC Lighting will showcase its new CAT-R lighting range at Circular Lighting Live 2025, an event focused on sustainability in the lighting industry.
The CAT-R range has been designed to reduce environmental impact by allowing components to be replaced, reused, and redeployed, helping to avoid waste from traditional fit-out and strip-out cycles.
Modular design for reduced emissions
CAT-R uses a magnetic snap-fit system and a plug-and-play switching mechanism, enabling interchangeable modules to be swapped quickly and without tools.
NVC says the design makes installation faster and more cost effective, particularly for sectors such as offices, education, and healthcare.
According to the company, the system can reduce carbon emissions by 55% over three cycles compared with conventional fit-out methods.
