Join the Electrical Industries Charity walk in September

On 10 September, the Electrical Industries Charity (EIC) and its supporters will be walking 13 miles (20.92 kilometres) through London in celebration of the charity’s birthday.

The journey will start at Kings Cross St Pancras and end at London Bridge, allowing participants to enjoy some of London’s iconic scenery whilst exercising and connecting with those around them, all in support of mental health.

The EIC is encouraging as many of our industry members as possible to get involved in the walk. By joining the walk, you’ll raise funds that will go towards mental health services, financial assistance, and practical support for individuals and families in the electrical and energy industries.

Signing up costs £20, covering entry to the walk and an EIC charity T-shirt.

Find out more and sign up for the walk by clicking here.

If you can’t make it to London, you can still take part in ‘EIC Day’ celebrations by organising your own challenge. It could be a 10-, 5-, or 2-mile walk, or any challenge that you’ve been looking to conquer for a cause.

If you’d like to take on an EIC Day fundraising challenge, you can set up a fundraising page by clicking here.

For further information, you can contact the Electrical Industries Charity directly via its Fundraising Team on 020 3696 1710 or at fundraising@electricalcharity.org.
