CEF celebrates 70 years with a new trade catalogue and dream holiday prizes

CEF, the UK’s leading electrical wholesaler, is celebrating 70 years in business with the seventh edition of its trade catalogue and an amazing customer competition.

To mark 70 years in business, leading electrical wholesaler CEF is launching a platinum edition of its trade catalogue, jam-packed with new products, new offers and a brand-new competition that gives customers the chance to win a dream holiday up to the value of £12,500 in collaboration with the European market leader in domestic fire and carbon monoxide protection – Aico.

From a single store based in Coventry back in 1951, CEF has now grown to a UK national network of 390 stores.

Dream holiday competition

The latest competition, in partnership with Aico, offers customers the chance to win a voucher to book a dream holiday up to the value of £12,500. And there are hundreds more weekly and monthly prizes including a smart TV, Sonos entertainment system, Nintendo Switch and Apple products. Plus, there are daily competitions to win Costa Coffee vouchers.

CEF is also donating £1 to the Electrical Industries Charity (EIC) when customers buy certain products from the Aico range.

“We’re proud to have been serving our customers for 70 years and thrilled that we can offer two amazing holiday prizes as part of our latest catalogue launch,” stated Andrew Moseley, CEF’s Commercial Director.

“Our competitions are always very popular with our customers, and after the past 18 months we’re delighted to be offering two lucky prize winners the chance to take their family on an unforgettable holiday. There are some great deals on Aico products, plus daily, weekly and monthly prizes up for grabs too.”

“In addition, we are delighted to be supporting the EIC and the work they do in looking after people from the electrical, electronics and energy industries.”

More choice

The latest edition of CEF’s popular trade catalogue features over 800 new products including new ranges from MK, Schneider, Flexicon, ICS and Schill. Plus, new supplier Myenergi showcases the latest EV test equipment, alongside Beha-Amprobe.

There’s new lighting from Fusion, Tamlite, Bell and JCC, as well as new Type A consumer units from Proteus and new caravan hook up units from Rolec, plus much, much more.
