Labour Market Survey seeks contractor views

Electrical contractors are being encouraged to take part in a short labour market survey being carried out by The Electrotechnical Skills Partnership (TESP).

Findings from the research will provide TESP with up-to-date information on the industry’s current and future skills needs, business decisions around apprenticeship recruitment and the workforce and what support might be needed to help the industry. The survey will also provide an update on previous findings gathered in 2018/2019, when TESP conducted its first in-depth analysis of electrotechnical skills needs.

Running until 16 September 2020, the survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. To take part visit: www.pyetait.com/TESP-LMI-2020
