Lighting and the Circular Economy Webinar

A Recolight Circular Economy webinar will take place on May 28 at 11am.

The webinar – which you can sign up for here – will give attendees vital insights into new Circular Economy regulations, standards and commercial requirements for lighting.

Presenters from Defra’s Circular Economy Team, Lighting Europe, and Recolight will provide an essential introduction to the changes. The webinar will be chaired by Ray Molony.

The webinar will provide a summary of new material efficiency and product design standards that will impose new requirements on products sold in the EU. Speakers from Defra will introduce the UK’s approach to the Circular Economy following the UK’s departure from the EU.

Nigel Harvey, Recolight’s CEO, comments, “Sustainability is rapidly moving from ’The right thing to do to safeguard our planet‘ to ’A must do to stay in business‘. The earlier companies start, the more likely they are to be able to meet/exceed the new requirements.”

Attendance for the webinar, which will last around one hour, is free of charge.
