Martlesham Heath

Travis Perkins opens its newest branch on Monday, 19 April 2021 at Hilton Road, Martlesham Heath, creating 16 new jobs in the local area.

The brand new site, which occupies almost two acres, has over 25,000 products in stock, and can offer a fast and convenient one hour click and collect service and next day delivery.

Branch manager Matthew Orrell says “We’ve got a fantastic new team and brand new branch here at Martlesham Heath and we can’t wait to get started helping local trade professionals with their construction and building projects. The fact that we have been able to recruit for 16 new job positions within the local area adds to the buzz and helps us to better serve our local community with expert knowledge and advice.”

To welcome customers, the first 25 new account customers to spend a minimum of £500 will receive a free Makita DAB/DAB+ Jobsite Bluetooth Radio.

The branch will offer its full range of Bricks, Lintels, Drainage, Carcassing and Tool Hire and customers can choose to shop online, in branch or by using the new Travis Perkins app. The industry-first app has been designed in conjunction with customers to help them save time and work smarter by enabling them to check and order stock on the go at their personal trade prices in real time from their local branch including Martlesham Heath.

To create a safe environment for colleagues, customers and the local community, the branch will operate with social distancing measures, compulsory face mask wearing unless exemptions apply, and clear and visible messaging on how to maintain COVID safety on site.

Travis Perkins Martlesham Heath is located at Hilton Road, Martlesham Heath, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP5 3RL and will be open six days a week from 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Saturday.
