The investment from Inflexion, in conjunction with its international network and expertise, will enable CP Electronics to consolidate its position in the UK and grow overseas markets to accelerate the company’s global expansion.
Established in 1970, CP Electronics has grown to be a dominant player in the UK and international lighting control markets.
The directors of CP Electronics and Inflexion are keen to maintain the ethos of the company – all of the existing management team will continue to carry on their good work, and Paul Mans will remain as managing director.
