In 2023 Will joined Real Response Media as deputy editor of Cruise Trade News and World of Cruising, supporting the editors of both titles with commissioning, planning, ideation and production. In 2025, Will was promoted to editor of Cruise Trade News, where he took ownership of the B2B brand and relaunched the magazine and website to better serve the publication's readership. In his current role of group editor for All Things Media, Will oversees Electrical Contracting News and Data Centre & Network News, ensuring both brands continue to lead the conversation and support its dedicated readership with insightful content and exclusive updates.
