Under the banner ‘Employment – Sorted!’, the campaign outlines the benefits a small company can gain by becoming a member of the JIB. A clear template for employment terms and conditions, including industry rates of pay and an attractive benefits scheme, employment advice and access to sub contract work from fellow members, are all are available to JIB members to help get rid of the worries associated with taking on an employee.
Over the forthcoming months the JIB will be promoting itself across England, Wales and Northern Ireland and has also recruited a team of regional advisers who will meet with contractors locally to explain membership benefits in more detail.
