New forum enhances NAPIT online community

Leading on from a well-received website redesign and much anticipated certification software update courtesy of NAPIT Desktop 5, the launch marks the latest step in a series of new offerings designed to give NAPIT members the edge online.

Commenting on the launch, NAPIT chief executive Michael Andrews said: ‘We haven’t just replaced our old software to improve its design and functionality; we’ve taken a radically different approach to help build an industry leading online community.’

‘The forum now has a new moderation team, dedicated to providing a direct link to our management team. Now, as well as being able to socialise with likeminded people in their trade, our members have yet another easy route to our friendly technical and customer support.’

The forum offers a completely updated interface with brand new features that offer a greatly enhanced user experience.

Included is a dedicated ‘Ask NAPIT’ area where members are encouraged to put their questions directly to the NAPIT team. A handy resource page provides useful links to all the best technical information, services and stories.

Moreover, an invaluable marketplace message board has been implemented to make buying and selling useful trade kit it even easier.

Installers registered on any of NAPIT’s comprehensive range of trade self-certification schemes are automatically eligible to access the NAPIT forum as a free benefit of their membership.
